Our annual Greek Evening took place on Saturday 26 October in the Hall at St Mary's Church. More than 140 Greeks and Philhellenes joined the event and enjoyed Greek food and live music.

We served a variety of Greek food, including souvlaki and gyros by Just Greek Aberdeen, along with wine, beer, soft drinks and a selection of Greek desserts.

Our raffle was very popular. This year we had an amazing offer from Mint Dental Care in Kingseat for a gift voucher for £350! Lucky winner was a dentist student!

We also had lovely music entertainment from Daniil Vasilikis and Foteini Komporozou.

During our event we had the chance to remember and celebrate Melvin's Dalgarno life, who has passed away early this week, and rise a glass on his memory. Melvin was one of the founders of the society and an honorary President and will deeply missed by all of us.
