The Annual General Meeting of Aberdeen Scottish Hellenic Society will be held on the evening of Thursday 5 September at 7.30pm in the Small Hall at St Mary’s Church (corner of King Street and Regent Walk). Entrance to the Church Hall is by the door facing King Street 

The detailed agenda for the meeting will be sent out in advance.  As in previous years:

• the President and other Committee members will present their annual reports,
• the Treasurer will present the financial statement, the subscriptions for 2024-25 will be agreed,
• officers and other Committee members will be elected,
• and there will be discussion about our programme of events for the year ahead as well as other matters of concern to the Society.

If any member wishes to propose any matter for consideration to be included on the agenda for the meeting, they should let me know at least seven days in advance of the meeting, in accordance with our Constitution.
